About Darlene E. Hill
I am the Founder & CEO of The Leyda (Lee-da) Group. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands.
I am a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Lifetime Member of the National Association of African-Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), Past President of NAAAHR Tampa Bay Chapter (2019) and former member of HR Tampa. I also serve on the Board of Cornerstone Collaborative Florida, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and, I’m a former Advisory Board Member and keynote speaker for Florida Career College, Tampa Campus.
My career in Human Resources expands over 20 years and I started my consulting business in 2018. As an HR consultant, I can help you to identify the immediate needs of your company and work with you to create the culture you envision.
